Sulphur Springs 50K.

A bit slower than 2 years ago, but I think with the mud on the trail it was expected. Was 17th overall which I'm happy with and also happy with how I was able to attach the race. Last big run before the Mohican.

Was supposed to run the Seaton Soaker today 50km. Was feeling pretty rough on the first loop, figure it's a combination of starting back into the training late last week and still not being fully recovered from the 50 miler 2 weeks before. Decided to stop after 1 loop and head home so I could take Aubrey to gymnastics.

Note to self I could have probably done a 3 hour training run, maybe even 4, but not a race like this. The whole idea of signing up for these races was to give myself forced training runs, but this was probably too close to the North Face race.
