My first ever sprint race. Oh how this hurt. Was quite happy with my navigation.

Pk2Pk score event. Went out into the back section to nail all the big controls. Figured it would be a good test for my nav. One small mistake and a lot of walking up the hills.

Running hills 15:00 [5]

Hill Intervals. First one for me this year. Need to work on this, spent too much time getting back to the bottom after climbing the hill. Should be 3-4 minutes on, 2 minutes rest. Not there yet.

Warmup, cool down, and time spent getting from top of the hill to the bottom.

Interval workout. Pyramid for AE 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1. Rest of time spent riding at a steady pace. Giving it a 2 as a balance between 1 and 3.
