Note
(rest day)

Seeing as I probably pushed my knee way more then I was supposed to yesterday, going to take it easy today. Some slight soreness in the knee, but nothing as bad as it was a few weeks ago.

Orienteering 1:06:00 [4]

Had a pretty good run at this considering the shape I'm in going into it. Could definitly feel my legs getting tiried from #10 on. Ended up with a missed CP at #12, was there so I probably didn't actually get the SI unit to beep. Overall had a great time as I'm really starting to enjoy getting out there with a map running in the woods. Was talking with Meridian about this afterwards, and I'll be definitly trying to include that into my training more this coming year.

Orienteering 21:30 [4]

Sprint race. What I thought was a trail was a river on the map and thus I spent 6 minutes trying to get #1. After that things went quite well, although I was exhausted and just had no gas in my legs. Great day out hanging out with people and running around (in circles some times) in the woods.

Note
(rest day)

9am meeting = Rest day. Although probably good since I'm sure I'm going to overuse my bad knee tomorrow.

Running 30:00 [3]

Nice run along Lakeshore west. Pushed it a bit more today and felt really good. No noticeable knee pain.

Cycling 30:00 [2]

Crazy cycle this morning with all the fog coming off of the water. Had a good spin for 30 min, knee barely noticeable.

Running 30:00 [2]

Decided to go exploring this morning on the park land around our place. Looked really nice to see the downtown from afar covered in the morning mist.
