World Champs course, first training session for the training camp. Had some problems with 2, so I slowed down and really tried to work on following the map.

Afternoon training session. Was bagged at about control 20. Tried to work on reading ahead, but I don't know if I really got a lot out of this session.
Orienteering race 1:10:00 [4]
Evening session. Felt really good running in the dark so I tried to push my pace. Ended up running the whole route and did quite well on the forest sections in the dark.
