Out for a longer run (well not that longer really) today. Hip still felt pretty good, just tight when I got home.

Pixie got a DVD called Power Yoga for Flexibility. I'm going to try and do it once a week. This was my first feeble attempt at it.

Saturday Jan 6

EJ is sick again so I had to riding by myself. Road out the Ashbridges Bay and back. Turned around half way and went back out again so that the ride was longer.

Standard leg stretches for hip and IT band.

Friday Jan 5

Riding on the trainer. Moved on to the first season of CSI. 3 sets of 30s on/off w 10 rep included in the ride.

Very little pain during the run. I think I will try a slightly longer run on the weekend and then talk with Bill again.

Wednesday Jan 3

On the trainer 30s on/off 10 reps 4 times. Finished up the first season of 24 today. Didn't see the wife's death coming at all.

Legs are starting to feel better I'd put this one at a 1.5 pain level. I'd be interested to see how much longer I can start going. Will have to wait until the end of the week when I talk with Bill again.

Standard Monday ride, 30s on/off 10 sets times 3, good steady hard riding after that.
