| EJ is sick again so I had to riding by myself. Road out the Ashbridges Bay and back. Turned around half way and went back out again so that the ride was longer. |

| Legs are starting to feel better I'd put this one at a 1.5 pain level. I'd be interested to see how much longer I can start going. Will have to wait until the end of the week when I talk with Bill again. |
