| OCUP #2. Had a much better race then the first one. Definitely need to work on my overall speed. I have lots of endurance and feel very comfortable on the later two laps, but overall speed is slow. |

| Morning run along the waterfront trail. Threw in 6 repeats of 1 min at full intensity followed by 3 min recovery to get the legs working.
Looks like tomorrow's workout will be skipped as I'm heading up to Sudbury for the day to visit a friend. |
