| Out paddling with the team for Mix. Got to spend about half the time in a Kayak which was a lot of fun. Paddle back was hard work, probably from the beers we drank at our rest stop.
I felt really strong paddling, probably from the time spent on the arm bike. |

| Weights. I've also apparently lost more then 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks since I last weighed myself..... Very interesting since I've actually been scaling back my training for MIX. I think there was something wrong with the scale. |

| Today was apparently drive your bike to work day. Brought the MTB with me to work with every intention of doing the Wed night race at King. Even when I went out a lunch it was only dewy in the air, but when I left work it was raining again. Decided to just skip it since it's never any fun to ride trails in the rain, and it's not good for the trails anyway. |
