| 3 laps at the Dirty Girls relay run. Good training runs, although this also showed that I need more hill work as my calves were on fire by the end of the race. Kudos to Dr. E who turned in 4 sub 50 min laps. |

| This was supposed to be the race at King, but halfway through the second lap I was feeling light headed and quite tired so decided to pack it in. Cruised the rest of the lap and went home. |
