| Even though I wasn't really into this ride, it ended up being pretty good. The whole way north was into a head wind, so my time was pretty bad, but still nice to be out in the sun. |

| Headed out for a long run in preparation for the Adventure Sport Games. Headed up the Humber up to Eglington and back. Good run, I was able to run most of it on grass or gravel instead of the pavement. Also a few small hills which is better then just running along the flat waterfront. |

| And after the run I had to spend a fair bit of time stretching the legs so they'd be ready for tomorrow. Also followed this with a cold water soak. |
