Intervals with The Pillar, 2 min on 1 min recovery, Chris did 4, but I pulled off 6. He said something about a marathon, but really when someone's throwing out excuses who listens. :)

Interval night with Bender. 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 w 1 min recovery inbetween. 2 min after the 4 min interval.

Running warm up/down 30:00 [2]
Warm up before intervals, also stairs and running strides afterwards.

Monday Oct 8

Orienteering 46:00 [3]
Went out with Kristen to Burlington to run on Wednesday's training route. Felt good overall, although some of the rock was a bit treacherous up and down the hill.
