Event: Salomon NavStock 6-hour Raid

We were doing ok until we hit the road run, and then the heat caught up with me. Ended up sick and sunburnt. Not a great race for me. Next time I don't think I'll race on the Saturday before the 6 hour.

5k run. Had real trouble with #2, otherwise it was ok.

Sprint went pretty well, way too hot.

With the chance of thundershowers in the morning I decided to skip my bike ride along the waterfront and instead road the trainer at the gym

I decided to replace Piller with a much smaller, prettier partner tonight. We ended up running 3 min on, 1 min recover times 7.
