Out for a ride along the waterfront. I had wanted to go longer, but it started to rain, and then freeze so I headed home. Feet were pretty cold as well, I need to find a better way to insulate the bottom of my feet from the pedals.

Have you been wondering what's going on with the 474 Days To Go blog? Well I have it on good authority that since our author last returned to the Island he has also returned to Toronto, trained hard with the TNT-Van team and spent more hours on the phone then he has updating his blog.

In fact in the absence of any updates I now suggest we write our own to fill the time.

Log Entry: 12/11/2008

Dear Blog,

Today was another normal day here in Vancouver. I woke up early to sound of rain coming down. I'm pretty sure it's rained every day since I got here, but I can't remember because I've lost count. After a good breakfast I headed off to the work. Today was pretty good at work. First I hung out with Cindy Klassen, she'd asked me to map out the route for her race so she could train on same terrain as she'll have for race day. That was pretty exciting and man does she have crazy legs. I'm sure she could break my friend Meridian in half if he'd ever got up the nerve to talk to her. Oh yeah did I mention that he's got a new job, apparently with the downturn in the economy Subway wasn't cutting it anymore.

That's about it for now. 444 days to go....
