First time at the Milton gym. Very nice place.

Running intervals 23:00 [5]

Good run in Milton. The route was very snow covered making the intervals longer. The workout was to do the full loop for each interval. Started a 3 min per loop, and by the end I had it down to 2:45. So let's say 2:50 on/ 1 min recovery times 8.
