Run along the grand river. Trail is in aweful condition right now. We either need more snow or more warm weather, only thing it's good for right now might be some ghetto luge.

We missed one control in the matrix which cost enough points to come second to a weak Aussie. Always fun running in the snow, and another great Bob Miller production.

This really hurt this morning, but was soo good at the same time. It was raining when I got up, but had stopped when I got out to run. Conditions where just perfect on the trail.

Swedish Pyramids 1-2-3-4 with 1 min off inbetween. 3 sets completed.
