Loop and a half around the Hydro cut. Felt pretty good for the whole run although I was definitly sore by the end.

Really nice run this morning. Temps were cool, the sun was coming out and my legs felt really good. Did a park loop of Breithup to Bechtel and then along the Grand to Guelph St, then home.

Bought compression socks yesterday to give them a try and hearing about Audrey's success with them. First run with them to see how they feel. So far I can't tell the difference, but tomorrow's long run will be the real test.

Good run tonight with the trails group. My legs were definitely feeling the running on Sunday (specifically my calves). Still managed to push the pace up all the hills. We did a 2nd Black Bra tonight. Soooo good.
