Standard TRX at lunch. What started as something I do myself, turned into something I do with a co-worked twice a week, which was great because it helps a lot with the motivation since we have a schedule we stick with.
I guess he's been talking with some guys on his hockey team so now there's 4 of us doing it regularly.
On a related note last night was a standard work out I do every so often to simulate big climbs using a treadmill since there's nothing that big around here. I noticed last night that I was doing the same speed/incline that I normally do, but I didn't feel like I was working as hard. I'll have to up the workout next time I do it, but it also got me wondering if some of the squat related work I do with the TRX is starting to show through in a tangible way.
