Running long 4:11:00 [3]
Ran from our house down to Chicopee and back. Did a loop of the single track in Chicopee, had to walk the third time up the ski hill.
This was a test for me. If I couldn't do this run then there's no way I could run the Kettle 100 in 5 weeks. Hit the wall this time around 3:50, so it's getting better. Kettle is still going to be a bad idea, but I'm going to give it a try given that I survived this run. 3 more long runs to go. Next week Seaton Soaker.
