I continue to be frustrated with the issue in my right lower back/hip. The physio therapist suggest I try yoga as a regular occurrence to help with my flexibility. I've been willing to try anything with this to try and solve the issue so this morning since Kristen was away and my working out was limited to something done in the house I got up and gave it a try.
