Intervals in the park. 2min hard effort and then slow run for 2min in-between.

Note

My plan for a long run this weekend will be to run a new section (new to me) of the Grand Valley. It looks like there's about a 20-22 km section from Elora to Conestoga that is almost all trail. So I'm thinking an out and back.

If anyone's interested in joining me I'm flexible on which day, just has to be in the morning.
