Running long 6:57:00 [3]

Ran from Guelph Line to Dundas and back along the Bruce trail.

Took it slower from the start than last time and although my legs were tired by the end I felt much stronger the whole way and felt I managed the run much better. Also bought more water at the turn around. Bought 2l of water and a power aid so I didn't run out this time home.

Lunch time ride with some former co-workers. Beautiful day to be out on a bike.

Raised my seat today because it felt to low and I felt really fast afterwards. I'm sure this is all in my head.

Was out near Columbia Forest picking up some stuff so headed out for a run on the trails there afterwards. Nice night to be out running and I haven't run there for a while so it was really nice to be back in those woods.
