Running 1:00:00 [3]

Good paced run out to Bingeman's and home as the sun came up.
9 PM

Other (Basketball) 1:00:00 [3]

First game of the year with my new co-workers. We only had one sub so this was pretty tiring game. Pretty fun group of guys to play with and a day later my body seems to have held up pretty well.

Running hills 1:29:00 [3]

Running with my tired friend. Did extra hill repeats at all the hills on the Grand River trail.
10 AM

Other (Climbing) 2:00:00 [3]

After the run Aubrey and I went climbing for the rest of the morning. We tried climbing 2 weeks ago for the first time and she loved it so this time both her and I climbed. A few tear out of frustration when she couldn't do something, but she was going higher than last time and still really liked it.

Cycling 1:20:00 [3]

Timed this right and got out for a ride in-between rain showers. Then I took Aubrey biking and we did get wet. Best part was I needed to jog to keep up with her and had no issues with my ankle.

Cycling 1:35:00 [3]

Tried some light jogging last night at ARK and my ankle was pretty sore to run on, so today I decided to change my planned run to a ride. Had to turn around after a few minutes when I realized I didn't have a helmet on (this is what happens when you try to ride at 6 am). Then almost turned around again when it started to rain (I don't feel comfortable riding in the dark in the rain because the visibility is just to low at that point to trust drivers.

Saw my Osteopath yesterday for unrelated things and she believes the problem with the ankle right now is in the ligament. I'm going to take a break from running until Monday and then see how it feels next week. Tried my brace last night and that didn't do anything for the problem.
