The top of my left foot is a little bruised from the rubbing of the snowshoe strap over my laces. It starts to hurt after running for a bit, so rather than heading out for a run this morning I headed to the basement to ride the spin bike.
Found an spin class that you can watch on youtube, so followed one for speed work. This was a good workout making the run into work harder than I expected as my legs were a bit like jello.
