This was tough today. Running with my tired friend. Noticed I made it farther for my turn around than I used to. Good tough workout.

On the trainer in the morning. Was hoping to ride a bit longer, but someone was up early so I couldn't go much longer.

This was actually a tough ride down to ARK with a single speed, gravel trail, headwind and some steeper climbs.
