Ended up working most of the weekend preparing for a product demo on Monday. We were done around 2 pm and got home to find out Kristen was out with Aubrey for a bit. Headed to the park for an interval workout.

Took until interval 4 to get the lungs cleared out from my cold and then by sprint 7 I was starting to suffer. Overall a good workout.
