Have to bike to G-town later today so got out for a longer run, but not too long so I can survive the ride in the heat later on.

Rode from our house out to the hydrocut and then played around on the trails until lunch time, then rode home.

Running intervals 41:00 [4]

Longer intervals with only 2:30 min recovery inbetween.
First 2 were around 8:30 these two were with a headlamp and a lot of fog out there.
Last three were when the sun was up enough to see the ground. Each was just under 8 min.

Running warm up/down 46:00 [2]

Warm-up/cool-down and time inbetween intervals. Also includes some running form drills after the intervals.

Overall a good session. Last loop was pretty hard and I was feeling the climbs in the legs, which means it was good I did the last one.
