An easy run along the trails this morning. Of all the gear I've bought over the years I think my microspikes may be one of the best investments I've made in terms of how valuable they are when I need them and how often I end up using them.

Orienteering race 5:21:00 [4]

Down in Brighton Mi for a 6 hour rogaine, Nain Rouge. This race was really fun and we'll run. I picked it because I could drive down in the morning, race and drive home all in one day. Glad I did this because it forced me to do a good long run, but also I got to nav as well.
