45 km loop in Kitchener. A nice mix of single track, gravel trails and pavement. Although if I could figure out a loop with less pavement I would. I was definitely sore in the last 10 km, but still running strong. Happy with this overall. 2 more big weeks to go and then taper for the last 100 of the season.
