Originally I had set out to do a double loop of Hockley, but my legs were feeling pretty tired from the previous 2 hard workouts. First loop was fine, but I probably walked more hills than normal. Decided at that point to just do a half loop so that it was still a decent long run.

Wasn't feeling like running this morning so decided to cycle. I didn't want to let myself off the hook completely so I did a GCN 45 min spinning workout. Pushed really hard and was wiped out by the end.
