Hill repeats at Chicopee. I'd been avoiding going out there when all the craziness hit, but as things have started to go back to some sort of normal day to day for me I decided it's time to start heading out there. Really no different than before no one else around and I just run up and down on the back hill where it's less likely for anyone to see me.

10 repeats with 320 m climb total. I'm writing this down as I realized I actually have no records of what the climb roughly is there.

First 20 km wasn't bad, but there was a second into the wind with a slight downhill every lap so that started to hurt. I found 27 to 38 km probably the hardest. I was running out of water after three laps on the trail/road and starting to see a few people on the trail so headed home to pick up another waterbottle. I have 5.5 km to go after a stop in at home, so grabbed a hand held and did the last bit around the neighbourhood.

This was as much a mental challenge for me as a physical one so glad to have done it and also to be done now.
