Friend and I have been building to a 100 mile ride. We decided Saturday was the day to do it given the warm weather, although there ended up being a lot of wind today.

We decided on a destination ride out to Cowbell brewery with Kristen meeting us there to enjoy a beverage and dinner. We were a bit slower than we thought we'd be, ended up doing about 20 km of gravel roads and 10 km of rail trail and the last 100 km was either headwind or cross wind. So all in all our pace was probably what you'd expect. Overall, a great adventure.

Note

Ended up running a lot more at ARK than normal after I lost the whole group on the way to checkpoint 1.
The good news is ankle felt good the whole time. I think I can start to increase mileage one day a week.
