I was limited in time this morning before my physio appointment, but wanted to ride outside given it was so warm. So for fun I headed out on local paved trails on my single speed bike. Road the trails up to the Manulife building and back and a little bit more. Was supper fun to just change it up.

In exciting news (well for me) my CT scan is finally booked. Dec 4th at 12 am. Yup, won't have to worry about lying still as I'll probably just fall asleep.
