I'm now allowed to run every other day, but we're going to back off the number of intervals in a run at first to see how I respond. The frustrating thing today was my watch battery died on the first interval, so I had to use my phone to set a timer, which is really annoying when you're running 3 on 3 off and wearing a pair of gloves because it's 0 degrees out.
