Someone wasn't getting up for a run so I got to go. Up to 8 intervals now. I plan to do this 4 times, then bump the run time up while keeping the overall run time the same.

Hiked 21 km on the Thames Valley trail from St. Mary's. That was a really nice section of trail with a number of hills. Almost 75% was trail with a few farmer's fields to connect them.
