A good run with Simpy, but that pushed me way beyond what I was capable of right now. I will need a few days to recover from that. Nav was not bad, but my fitness was lacking for the third hour.
Something short to loosen up before I do my physio exercises.

Gave swimming a try this morning. Luckily there was just enough people that I could have my own lane. Probably was able to do roughly 1/5 front crawl and the rest was breaststroke. Only took 3 small breaks during it. We'll see how my back feels after this.
