A really fun course set by Amber at Albion Hills. My only issue was that from 12 to 13 I got on the wrong trail and ended up having to go around a bit and then back to 13, otherwise I feel my route was pretty efficient. I tried using clips for the map and that didn't work well at all, a couple of times I had to catch my map as it came off. Really glad I got to do this event because I had so much fun.

And for Barb's benefit yes I got first overall.

My week is a bit out of wack due to some late night/early morning calls. No run this morning, but did the strength. Will aim to get out for a run around dinner time.

The first 20 min felt hard. Combination of the squats I did this morning and that I don't usually train in the early evening. After that I loosened up and got into a flow.
