Overall this went well. I tried to run an easy pace the first lap and I think I was succesful. My next goal was to get to aid station 2 which would be 20 miles total and about 2/3 of the race. That also went well. My biggest struggle was from here to aid station 3. Legs were very sore and my stomach wasn't great. Ended up throwing up once and then just had to take my time to rebound.

Ended up 17th overall and won my division.

This is a nice small event, trail is very runnable with very little hill, a good majority of the course is in the shad and very little road.

My only compliant would be the aid stations. They seemed to really only have sweet things. I would have like some salty options a few times.

I'm happy with how this went. Quads are very sore after. I probably need some more long runs and hill training for the 100K in the fall, but I have time to focus on that.
