So went to the gym and hit the track for the usual 10-15 minutes of running but once I started I had a stabbing pain in my lower back. That's new! So walked instead and then upstairs to the gym where I did all arms and then about 15mins of stretching.
Had an appointment with an RMT for a deep tissue massage tonight. I think this was the answer, not physio so much. He asked if the stretches I've been doing from physio help, and they don't really. So 30mins of fairly intense massage later feeling a lot lighter somehow.
