In Toronto this weekend visiting friends. This morning walked over to the Goodlife with Celeste and tried their "Pump" strength with weights class. Was concerned as I haven't been doing any weights but was pleasantly surprised with myself. Most painful were tricep exercises...not a good sign for skiing ahead.
Thinking again about joining a gym.

Laurentian ROGAINE from Viking Ski Club near Morin-Heights, with my buddy Travis Comeau. Placed first in the mixed category and 6th overall. Very happy with our race. T has not done much orienteering but was happy to keep pace. Feeling exhausted and in bed already at 8pm to be up in time for the kids fun-day finale tomorrow at Timm Rd.

Challenge the GATs rogaine from Camp Fortune. Great race, ending 1st of 7 women's teams on the 4-hour. Had an amazing time with my excellent teammates, Cathy and Natasha.
