Fairly miserable run in the cold. From home over to Hampton Park to try to make some updates to the map.
Too many dogs, spent 5mins searching for a dropped pencil, vegetation that doesn't make sense now that they've cut all the Ash, and super cold toes! Gave up pretty quick and ran home to warm up.

RALF run from Westgate around Hampton Park.
1-2-3-4-3-2-1 intensity with 1 min recovery between each, using as many trails as possible. Cathy and I stuck to the wider, well lit ones.

Event at Nakkertok Nordic. Apart from #1 and a longer leg route choice, was happy with my race and where I placed in the results.
