Along the SJAM w E. A few walkers and people out to watch sun set but otherwise quiet. Glad to have spikes on. Very crunchy and uneven.

From P9 up Fortune Lake with a lot of time cruising the swamps. Gorgeous day, albeit a bit cold, especially coming down Furtune. Sad to not have coffee shop option after.

Went for a 40min walk (along with rest of neighborhood!) and then did some strength at home.
Squats, pushups w leg lifts, split squats, ‘dragon’ bends, hip dips w block. x2, next time it’ll be x3
