Achilles is flaring up again. I was out running a few weeks ago and ate it on the trail and felt a pull on the tendon going down. Went twice to get work done on legs and wore physio tape for 4 days. I felt it Saturday on the trail and then I probably ran too hard yesterday which really flared it. Need to work on this and hopefully keep it at bay.
