Cycling 2:40:40 [4] 68.8 km (25.7 kph)

Ride to Freo with the yellows. This faster group seems to be at my pace. A lot of pedestrian and bike traffic south of the narrows going both ways. This resulted in a lot of unexpected slowing. I got cut off with nowhere to go except into the on coming traffic. This I avoided by falling over with only a minor scrape. Good fun on return up the coast with a tailwind.

Cycling 2:48:30 [4] 68.5 km (24.4 kph) +410m

Sections of fun riding with the usual car scares. Southerly headwind (stronger on the coast ) made some sections more difficult. Coffee with Frogs at the boat shed followed by barbeque lunch in Inaloo

Cycling 1:33:43 [4] 40.9 km (26.2 kph)

Coast Ride with strong easterly cross wind. Heart rate all over the place for at least the first half hour initially had me thinking about the nearest doctors surgery particularly because of the irregularity. After I calmed from the self imposed panic I rationalised that it was instrument failure due to either poor connections or battery. It settled down to the more normal range except for one or two climbs combined with the warm temp near maximums were reached.

Cycling 3:20:20 [3] 87.8 km (26.3 kph)

Ride to Kings Park via Burswood and Mt Henry Bridge. Then home via Matilda bay Dalkeith and Sorrento. No trace as the GPS decided the memory was full. Good tailwind home

Cycling 2:34:00 [4] 63.8 km (24.9 kph)

Guilford via Whitemans Park for coffee with frogs. A real nutty day with 5 incidents. There were the usual such as cars trying to pass you on a roundabout when there is not enough room squeezing you onto the kerb, passing too close as well as being passed then brake infront of you as they turn left. Today was a new one. Turning right on an arrow the car in front slowed and indicated that it was turning immediately left into the shopping centre. I slowed and was looking to pass this car on the right. Next thing I know the car behind me passes me on the left sees the turning vehicle and immediately cuts me off with only centromeres to spare

Cycling 1:29:20 [4] 40.94 km (27.5 kph)

Coast ride. Very hard work initially into a head wind. Easier coming back so I pushed up a few hills. Fastest time for a long time

Cycling 2:51:25 [4] 73.16 km (25.6 kph)

Ride on freeway bike path to Riverton for coffee with frogs. Seemed to be a tough ride mostly against the wind

Cycling 3:14:24 [4] 77.46 km (23.9 kph)

Another yellow peril ride. With fastest group which was generally just below a comfortable pace for me. Did feel it at the end with the small hills.
Loop included Cottesloe south Perth, Garet road Bridge Maylands and freeway back

Cycling 1:55:00 [4] 45.3 km (23.6 kph)

Ride up coast with komy over for one week to do the Mandurah iron man.
Flat tyre soured the ride. Fortunately he held back to save himself for the weekend. Returned via the Joondalup lakes which slowed the average speed

Cycling 2:57:00 [4] 72.6 km (24.6 kph)

A trial ride with the yellow peril (over 55s cycling) to Freemantle. Felt comfortable most of the way but short hills hurt towards the end.
