Sunday Dec 28, 2014 #

Cycling 1:08:55 [4] 27.64 km (24.1 kph)

Port Hedland in the Heat. GPS seems to be guessing moving time

Saturday Dec 27, 2014 #

Cycling 1:14:37 [4] 32.15 km (25.9 kph)

Tour de pt Hedland

Monday Dec 22, 2014 #

Cycling 1:38:00 [4] 41.91 km (25.7 kph)

Lazy start to the day which meant fighting the wind on the way back, which was avoidable if I had started earlier. Hit the 5000km mark for the road bike for this year

Saturday Dec 20, 2014 #

Cycling 2:49:00 [3] 67.1 km (23.8 kph)

A ride to Mindarie ended up heading to Freo against the wind. Hard work all the way even in a group. I kept up but felt flat most of the day

Friday Dec 19, 2014 #

Cycling 2:02:00 [3] 48.5 km (23.9 kph)

Ride up to Jindalee to catch up with the frogs for coffee at Mindarie. Decided to catch the train at Currambine due to the heat

Wednesday Dec 17, 2014 #

Hockey 1:35:00 [4]

Monday Dec 15, 2014 #

Cycling 1:32:28 [4] 42.0 km (27.3 kph) +231m

Coast ride. Felt like crap to start with, but after I loosened up and turned around with the tailwind, I felt strong. Returned via random streets with extra climb. Good time

Saturday Dec 13, 2014 #

Cycling 3:07:31 [4] 75.49 km (24.2 kph) +575m

Ride with the yellows via rebolt hill kings Park south pert and northbridge. All the hilly options taken including the one way climb up rebolt. A few sections were pushed hard. Lots of time lost on traffic lights when the group was split. Felt like a good workout.

Friday Dec 12, 2014 #

Cycling 2:16:44 [4] 57.72 km (25.3 kph)

Strong southerly picked up as I started up so rather than go by the coast as originally planned I rode down the freeway path. The bom site says that there is a 10km difference in wind speed between the coast and inland. Hard work all the way down with tricky exposed sections. Just like me the Heart rate monitor seems to take half an hour to warm up. Ridiculous readings of over 220bpm to start with.

Tuesday Dec 2, 2014 #

Cycling 1:32:20 [4] 41.6 km (27.0 kph)

Coast ride. Nice tailwind up the coast which was a battle on the way back. Avoided the worst of it by heading inland
