Down at Rockingham with only 10 starters despite having 3-4 subs for most of the year. We slotted two goals in the first 15 minutes before one of us pulled a hamstring leaving as with nine. We defended grimly and they managed only one goal in the second half. Came off very sore.

Chang Mai. Mostly downhill (1250m). Very steep brakes most of the way. A killer 2km section up hill in granny gear (slope >15)
