MTB 1:48:55 [4] 20.9 km (11.5 kph) +306m

Kalamunda Mountain Bike Circuit.

First time on the complete circuit. Have seem some of the trails on various mt Gungin MTBO events. Super hot day. Despite running out off water before the end had an ejoyable ride. Will be back and attack it more agresively on a cooler day.

West Coast Circuit.
Felt very tired and sluggish to start with. Hopes were raised when I realised thet the usual strong easterly was in fact slightly ENE meaning there would be a tail wind on the way home. So it was no suprise that the return heading south was easier. Surprisingly the times show a slight improvement over the two weeks. Also some of the hills do not seem to be as steep.

Felt like a day to take relatively easy, however strong south easterly still made it hard work most of the way. Coffee with the Frogs in Belmont

Ended up with a sore toe after being tripped with a hockey stick. No running for a while.

MTB 1:48:42 [3] 29.7 km (16.4 kph)

Two laps of Forsyths Mill MTBO track, then to Mundarring for coffee and finished off with the fun downhill from Mundarring to Belvue on the old Railway line. Very dry out there and the tyres were pumped up perhaps a little too tight resulting on loss of traction on tight corners.
