Soft ride with yellow group to Joondalup. They would have to either have faster riding group or I slow down considerably for me to ride with them again.

Just did not feel like starting up this morning and made the mistake of starting out as mums were dropping kids off at school. Some are worse than males. deliberately ignoring your existence on the road. After I got going the body did not feel as tight as I thought it would. One uphill sprint - almost maintaining cadence to the top. Met with Frogs in Joondalup and semi random roads back.

MTB (Camel Farm Loop) 1:42:16 [3] 18.36 km (10.8 kph)

First time on the MTB for 10 months. Needed some practice before the Karri Cup. Very shaky to start with. I find I am holding so tight my right hand hurts. Middle section was fine but my approach to Rocky Balboa was too slow (due to tiredness) resulting in another discontinuous ride in this area. Shaky again near the end indicates I need some more training

Cycling 1:25:26 intensity: (1:05:26 @4) + (20:00 @5) 39.85 km (28.0 kph)

Slow start but with the help of a tail wind do one of the fastest rides from Trigg to Burns Beach. I "sprinted up three of the longer hills, not quite holding shape to the top, noticeable improvement in strength.
