H2 course. Felt slow and sluggish to start with. Tight calves after yesterdays hockey which slowly stretched out. Got caught at the 6th control by two who started behind me. From then on I held my own until the 13th control when the week's exercise took its toll. It felt like I moved faster today through the bush than for a wile. However calf felt like a brick at the end.
