Guillford city race (stright line 7.5K but 12K on garmin). Made a few minutes of mistakes but tired towards the end, at 1/2 way I was same time as people who did just under 1hr!

First run with new garmin forerunner 110, just ran around at a steady pace seeing where I could go more in the future!

urban round hove park, street race and then 4 sprint sections round parks, good fun. Shame so many controls got knicked!

Run warm up/down 25:00 [2] 4.5 km (5:33 / km)

15 min warm up along see front,
10+ mins after warming down and then looking for control for about 30 mins!

Gentle cycle, was with my brother so couldn't go very fast! And got suck in nettles for about 10 mins going up a footpath.

Got a map of Tilgate and did a trail-o which i had done last summer, knocked 89 seconds off my time and not racing anyone so proberbly would have gone quicker if it was a 'proper' race!
Was really hot towards the end but felt like I was running quite well.
