Ran my favorite route from fangs brow down to loweswater along the lower path round loweswater going by the path next to the road on the otherside then ran back up the hill to the farm and back along the first walking path to fangs brow.

Was quicker than I thought I would be so did a loop at the top of about 1km round the fields next to the fellroad. Although then my lift was late so I ran along the road towards home (mockerkin) for about 1km more til I saw the car.

Fun, felt good to be out running and not sitting around :)

I dont know if this is something meant for attackpoint but evie did it so yeah.

Walking from Kirkstile Inn in Loweswater round Melbreak and back. Fast Pace.

I wish I had ran it as it was pretty nice although we did lose the path although I didn't know we were doing this long a walk which was annoying although I plan to go running tomorrow.

So I dont know wether to put this as a race or training because like it was racey but not to racey and I thought I had been disqualified within like 8 mins in so I kind of wasnt going that hard and using it more as training than racey-styley

So it was one of those idiotic orienteering courses where because someone wants to be different they make you run to every control which tbh isnt that bad but then you have to go to them in red then blue then red. -_- Had such a rant to hannah before I started ..

But it's all training so it's worth it, and I was accually 11th ( Long ) so thats fun :)

I don't really know how long it was but it was about 6km with 250 m climb :)
