Note
slept:11.0

Not going to sam's tonight as it is on the hay and thats the hardest and least fun outdoor one even though it would be good for my training and fitness I don't think im up for it after the Peter Palmers

Think I might go for a cycle and small run in prep for the 40 mile cycle race next weekend :)
5 PM

Cycling 50:00 [4] 10.0 mi (5:00 / mi) +300m 4:34 / mi
slept:11.0 shoes: New Balance 740 Running

Cycled from my house (Eaglesfield) to Dean via Deanscales then across to Pardshaw then up to Mockerkin then back via the hill road to Sosgill and round and back across via Rogerscale to Eaglesfield again.

Training for my race/event ride which feels like its coming on and scouted for possible new running routes from there and around. :)

Really badly windy, so I was being blown around alot expeccially went going up the hills at the start against it.

About 10 miles ish..

Peter Palmer Relays 2011 Leg 2 Red

Went well, a fun race with little pressure and really well planned course with good gaffaling :)

Rosie (1st Leg) came in at about 16th as she was with all the tops guys because she is on first leg obviously although that didnt stop us :)

I made no mistakes and was happy with my fitness although due to a lack of sleep/ food ect. I did have to stop to be a bit sick on the last third :/ But I got us to about 13th place which was good. Was quite happy with my time although I felt I set off to fast.

Also : It was meant to be 5.9 km but I have over compensated for the running round building ect.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2]
slept:5.0 shoes: Inov-8 280

Slow warm up due to lack of space and well want :L

Then learned to tandem which was really good although we can't do it for the race anymore :(

Strength and Conditioning 25:00 [4]

A small bit of average S+C after my stretching.

Excited for tomorrow.
1 PM

P.E. (Fitness) 50:00 [4]

'Fitness' in PE

Basily gym type style activities.

We did a step up routine which was accually pretty tough :L Although really funny with my friends as we have no co-ordination what so ever :)
8 PM

Stretching 20:00 [2]

Did some stretching as my legs and shoulders felt stiff throughout the day.

P.E. (Netball) 50:00 [4]

Played Netball in PE GCSE . Was fun-ish..
5 PM

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2] 1.0 km (20:00 / km)
shoes: Walsh PB

Ran to the start :)
6 PM

Orienteering (Long) (Sprint) 33:20 [3] *** 3.3 km (10:06 / km) +50m 9:23 / km
shoes: Walsh PB

WCOC Evening 'Sprint'

Planned by Charlotte Watson :)

On Oldside, Workington
(Blughh Most Hated Area Ever)

Made a few mistakes mainly on no. 2,3 and 15 due to firstly running to fast and not orientating my map fast enough and then at 15 I was confused by the greenary which was much like water on the map :/

Added up to about 6/7 minutes of mistakes which on a 3.3 km sprint is pretty bad :L

Although I wasnt bothered the sprint is just good for running and fast nav training really.
